The bed was incredibly comfortable!
Upon arrival, I noticed a strong smell of damp in the downstairs area, which persisted throughout my stay. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with the bath containing debris and noticeable cobwebs in the corners. the heavy bedroom doors were quite hard to open and slammed loudly, disturbing our evenings.

I spent two nights in a Deluxe King Room at Sanders Yard. The bed? Incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a stunning roll-top bath, great for unwinding after walking around Whitby. The views from the room were captivating. I faced some challenges with parking. The closest street parking was quite a trek with luggage, though I did eventually find a space. The minor issue of not having a hairdryer in the room caught me off guard, but that’s a small detail. A fridge would have been a nice touch. All in all, I loved my stay but felt some amenities could enhance the experience further.

I stayed 1 night in the Double Room, and it was lovely! The bed was super comfy and the room felt warm and cozy. The shower was great too! The location was key, right in the center of everything. Just a couple of small things, the corridors could use a freshen up and the remote for the TV didn't work. But overall, a nice stay!

Had a great time here with my friends! The hosts were super helpful and gave us clear directions. We really appreciated the cozy vibe and clean rooms. Excellent spot with easy walking access to local shops and the harbour area. Can't forget our relaxing evenings chatting on the outdoor patio! We also enjoyed the nearby tennis court facilities. Highly recommend this place!
We had a bit of a challenge with parking. The closest options were a fair distance from the accommodation, which was a bit inconvenient when we had our luggage.
